Returns and Refunds Policy

In the rare instance that you wish to return items where you have changed your mind, we have attempted to make the returns and refunds process as simple as possible.

  1. Contact Collectable Curios by email at info@collectablecurios.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  2. Provide a description of the item and the item reference number which can be found on your receipt/invoice. We will then forward our Belfast returns address to you.
  3. Return goods using the same method of delivery/postage which was used to supply it to you (signed for and insured for the correct amount).

Returned goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt; undamaged and in the original condition and packaging that you received it. We will refund the full cost of your order once the item has been received by us and its condition has been checked. Please note that the item will undergo our validation checks to ensure that it is indeed our item to avoid fraudulent claims. Please note this refund may take a few days to appear in your account.

Please be aware that the customer is liable for the costs incurred for the return postage.

Collectable Curios endeavour to ensure all our items are appropriately and securely packaged, however if you have received an item that has been damaged during the postage/delivery journey please contact us within 7 days of receipt by email at info@collectablecurios.co.uk before returning the item within 28 days.  Please outline the damage to the item in the email and take a photograph of the damage so that we can forward this to Royal Mail. We will refund the full cost of your order once the item has been received by us. Please note that the item will undergo our validation checks to ensure that it is indeed our item to avoid fraudulent claims.

If you believe that you have purchased a faulty item, an item that has not been described correctly or the wrong item please contact us at info@collectablecurios.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.  Please supply the item reference number and we will refund the full cost of your order. If including proof of the return postage paid to us in the package, we will also refund this. Please note this refund may take a few days to appear in your account.

If return postage costs are in stark contrast to available online prices of reputable postage/shipping services, we retain the right to refuse the excess.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the items until we are in receipt of them and they have been checked in by Collectable Curios staff.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you can do so up to the point of dispatch. Please contact us at info@collectablecurios.co.uk where we will cancel your order and refund the cost of your order via PayPal. Please note this refund may take a few days to appear in your account.
